Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account, registering a tenant, or using any product operated by Dynamanic LLC (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.
2. The Services
Dynamanic LLC builds and operates a family of AI products including SmartDesk AI, ChatFlow, and AI Dispatch Copilot. Each product is an operations-management platform tailored to a specific use case (customer support, customer engagement, trucking dispatch, and others). The Services include AI-assisted summarization, structured record-keeping, and operational automation. The Services do not autonomously commit a customer to any obligation. For products that handle commercial transactions (e.g. AI Dispatch Copilot’s load opportunities), every commitment requires a human operator’s explicit approval.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at security@dynamanic.io of any suspected unauthorized access.
4. SMS messaging
By providing a phone number into the Services — whether as an administrator, employee, driver, broker, or other contact — you consent to receive operational SMS messages from the customer’s organization through the Services. These messages may include check-in requests, load updates, document requests, and dispatch status alerts. Frequency is variable. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply.
You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. After STOP we will not send further SMS to that number until you opt back in.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation,
- Send marketing or promotional SMS,
- Impersonate another person or organization,
- Interfere with the operation of the Services, or
- Attempt to access another tenant’s data.
6. AI outputs
The Services use large-language-model AI to summarize communications, parse user responses, generate operational recommendations, and perform similar tasks. AI outputs are operational estimates and recommendations only. You remain responsible for verifying compliance with the laws and regulations that apply to your business, including (where relevant) hours-of-service compliance, route feasibility, broker requirements, insurance, and any other obligation before acting on an AI-generated recommendation.
7. Your data
You retain ownership of the data your organization enters into the Services. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and present that data solely to deliver the Services to you and to your authorized users.
8. Limitations of liability
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, and we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a security or compliance risk.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and, where reasonable, communicated to tenant administrators.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
