Web applications and custom builds
Some projects are software, not brochureware: a customer portal, a membership area, a dashboard, an internal tool, or a site that has to talk to systems you already run. We build those too, on the same stack we use for our own products.
Application work is quoted after a requirements review rather than sold as a fixed package. The line items below are the starting points, and development beyond a defined scope is billed at $125/hr.

How we work
The commercial terms that apply to every website project, stated up front.
- Payment
- 50% deposit to begin. The remaining 50% is due before production launch.
- Revisions
- Two revision rounds are included with package projects. Additional revisions are billed at the published hourly rate.
- Client-supplied materials
- Package pricing assumes you provide logo and branding assets, business information, photography, product information, and any required legal text. Materials we create or source are billed at the applicable rates above.
- Third-party costs
- Domains, premium plugins, commercial software, stock media, paid fonts, SaaS subscriptions, third-party API fees, payment-processing fees, specialty hosting, and licensing fees are separate unless explicitly included.
- Custom scope
- Custom programming, complex integrations, portals, dashboards, custom business logic, unusual e-commerce requirements, and application functionality require a requirements review before final pricing.
- Ongoing SEO
- Packages include the technical SEO setup listed above. SEO campaigns, content programs, and ongoing optimization are quoted separately.
