Who We Are
Dynamanic! is the trade name of Dynamanic LLC, based in Sanford, Florida. We build and operate a family of AI products, and we install them for small and midsize businesses that are still paying people to do work that follows the same steps every time: answering the same support questions, routing tickets, taking intake calls, chasing check-ins, re-keying data between systems.
Most of what we sell is software we wrote and run ourselves. Each product is built around one specific job — SmartDesk AI for customer support, AI Dispatch Copilot for the dispatch desk of an owner-operator or small fleet — and lives on its own site with its own pricing. This site is the catalog.
When an off-the-shelf product does not fit, we do the work directly: an operations audit to find what is worth automating first, a custom system build, integration into the CRM, helpdesk, or accounting tools you already use, and AI media production. We also design and build websites and web apps at prices published before we start.
One rule runs through all of it: the AI does the busywork, and you stay in charge. Our systems summarize, draft, route, and keep records. They do not commit your business to anything on their own — decisions that carry an obligation go through a person.

Mike Jackson
Founding Partner
I started in IT in the early 2000s as a help desk technician at a logistics company in Connecticut. Since then I've worn most of the hats the industry has: field service technician, desktop support specialist, software support engineer, and Senior Technical Account Manager, serving enterprise and government customers.
I've been writing code for much longer than that. My first computer was a TRS-80 Color Computer 2 that came with a book on BASIC, and the book had complete, playable games in it if you were willing to type them in line by line. That is how I learned how software works. I went on to Visual Basic/.NET, C++, C#, Java, Python, and others.
Today I'm focused on helping small and medium-sized businesses put emerging technology to work. Generative AI is creating opportunities that were unimaginable just a few years ago. Staying at the front of it is how we keep our clients, and our own business, competitive and ready for what's next.
Avery Herring
Solutions Engineer
Avery has spent more than 12 years designing, securing, and delivering enterprise network, cloud, and security solutions for Fortune 500 companies, healthcare organizations, and public sector clients. Based in Sanford, Florida, he is a Solutions Engineer and Solutions Architect who works at the intersection of technology and strategy.
His work covers architecting hybrid cloud environments, building out Azure Landing Zones, managing Kubernetes deployments, and tightening up identity and access management. He pairs that technical depth with a knack for translating it into scalable solutions that drive revenue and efficiency gains.
At Dynamanic!, Avery helps customers scope and shape the right solution, and runs the technical demonstrations that make even complicated systems click.
His training includes Azure Administration, Splunk Administration and Solutions Engineering, and AI and RPA Automation, along with MCSA, MCP, and MCDST certifications through New Horizons.

Reliability
An automation you have to babysit is not an automation. We build for unattended, around-the-clock operation and keep watching what we ship after it goes live.

We scope narrowly, ship a working system early, and improve it against real usage. A long consulting phase is not a deliverable.
Measurability
