How does the 14-day free trial work?
Every subscription starts with 14 days free. You enter a payment method during checkout, but you are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time during the trial and you owe nothing. After the trial, billing recurs monthly at the listed price.
AI Dispatch Copilot — do you take a cut of my loads?
No. AI Dispatch Copilot is a flat monthly subscription — $99 or $249, depending on driver count. We don't take a percentage of revenue, we don't take a cut of margins, and we don't get paid more when you book more. Your loads, your money. Our incentive is to make the product good enough that you keep paying $99/mo — not to extract a per-load fee.
AI Dispatch Copilot — what do phone calls and texts cost on top?
Twilio passes through call and SMS charges at their published rates — about 1¢ per inbound call minute, 0.8¢ per outbound SMS segment. A typical owner-operator running 10 loads/week and 2 driver check-ins/day spends $15–$35/month in Twilio fees during a busy month. You pay Twilio directly so the number's portable if you ever leave. We don't markup phone fees.
Can I subscribe to more than one product?
Yes. Each product has its own subscription — ChatFlow, SmartDesk AI, and AI Dispatch Copilot bill independently. Your organization sees a single Stripe customer and one consolidated invoice, but each subscription can be canceled or upgraded on its own. CaseLens is an on-prem appliance sold through sales rather than as a self-serve subscription.
Do you offer on-prem or private deployments?
Yes. Our Private AI Appliances — starting with CaseLens — run entirely on local models (Ollama or LM Studio) inside your own network, with no document, embedding, or prompt ever sent to OpenAI, Anthropic, or any outside vendor. They deploy on your hardware or fully air-gapped, and are licensed annually, sized to your volume. Because inference runs on your own models there are no per-token or per-GB cloud charges. What counts as a usage unit?
ChatFlow and SmartDesk AI count one conversation per visitor session. AI Dispatch Copilot counts one call, one inbound broker email, one driver check-in, or one document extraction as a single operation. Dashboard views, settings changes, and monitoring do not count.
What happens if I exceed my monthly cap?
We notify you at 80% and 100% of your cap. Overage is billed at $0.01 per conversation for ChatFlow and SmartDesk AI, or you can upgrade mid-cycle to a higher tier and we'll prorate the difference. Your service never stops because of usage — we won't surprise-shut you off.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves about 20% versus monthly. After you start a trial, switch to annual from your account billing portal — it kicks in at the end of your current monthly cycle.
What does setup include?
Every subscription includes guided setup, integration with your existing tools, and a live walkthrough once your product is configured. Enterprise customers also get a dedicated onboarding engineer and custom training on your data — contact sales for details.
